If you select this payment plan, pay initial deposit for the attorney fee $95.00 court filing fee. Then make regular payments until your balance is paid in full.  We will start your divorce case immediately upon payment of the initial deposit.  
Requirements:
(1) One spouse must have lived in Virginia at least 6 months up to and including the date of filing the divorce case;
(2) You and your spouse have been separated at least one year OR if you have no minor children with your spouse and have a signed separation agreement, you can file after being separated six months (we can prepare a separation agreement for you);
(3) Your spouse will sign a waiver of notice and acceptance of service.
